Re: Proposal gon Bus Stop Benches

Dear Sir:

Goodwikk Advertising Ltd. has maintained an excellent WoRLNg
nekationship ucth several municipabities within the Lower mainfand.
Having been 1n the business since 1946 our courtesy benches have
akwayls proven to be a vatued asset to any community.

Our current bench is constructed of two cement bases, with a sect
made of (3) 2" x 4" x 8' boards bolted dinectly into the bases.
The hacknest 46 mounted on two steel angles which are also bolted
directly into the cement bases and consists of a &' x 2' pkywood
boand, a conoplast insert and Lexan panel al enckosed in an
akuminum exXtrus_on.

We are presently starting to supply the City of Vancouver with a
newky descgned bench & would Like to do so for the City of .
Port Coquitlam in the near future 44 our present proposal is accepted, |

Ate new Locations applied for would be first approved by the City
Engineering Department and benches would onky be Anstakked at these
Locations deemed suitable by the City.

Any wintten instruction by the City of Port Coquitlam wikl serve as
official notification of service required and will be acted on
accordingly. PLus a 24 hour response to any Location NLGUANLNG
ammediate attention. :
