From the City Engineer, October 12th, 1989 regarding No Parking
Restrictions - Shaftsbury Place West of Hastings Street.

1. That “No Parking at Anytime” restrictions be imposed on both sides of
Shaftsbury Place from Hastings Street west to the east property line
of Lot 2, Plan 80784.

That the City Clerk take the necessary steps to amend the Traffic
Bylaw if Recommendation 1 above is approved by Council.

Additional Handicap Parking Space.

1. That a “Parking Restricted - Disabled Person Boarding or Discharge -
on each and every day" zone be imposed on the parking stall on the
north side of Elgin Avenue immediately west of Shaughnessy Street.

Bylaw if Recommendation 1 above is approved by Council.
