THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQULTLAH

BYLAW NO. 2453

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240”

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

lL. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbla
which are more particularly described as:

Lots 2, 3, and 4,
District Lot 232;
Group One;
Plan 6358;

New Westminster District;
SAVE AND EXCEPT those portions included in Statutory

Right-of-way Plan No. 68301 or lying south of Statutory
Right-of-Way Plan No. 68301

are hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM~3 (Townhouse
Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes 4s "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2452”.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 28th day of August, 1989.

Read a sacond time by the Municipal Council this 28th day of August, 1989.

Public Hearing held this 25th day of September, 1989.
