Rezoning Application No.24/87

RECOMMENDATION

That the Clerk's Office be directed to prepare a bylaw rezoning
+he North 75 foeet of Lot 2, of the N.We Quarter of Section 6,
Township 40 NWLO Plan 11944 from RS=1 to RM-4.

And That final approval of this rezoning bylaw be subject to a
restrictive covenant being registered against the property
limiting development To a density of 65 units per hectare (26
units per acre). ;

COMMENTS:

This application is a continuation of the townhouse development
along the east side of Coast Meridian Road north of Prairie
commercial district. The application conforms to the Official
Community Plan designation of Phase 1 Apartment and the Zoning
Bylaw regulations governing RM=-4 Apartment development.

As this application is a continuation of the apartments already
constructed in this block approval is recommended.
