APARTMENT RESIDENTIAL V (RM~3) (1). USES PERMITTED: (2) (a) Apartment Residential (b) Two Family Dwellings (Subject to regulations of the RT~1 District Section 27.) (c) One Family Dwellings (Subject to regulations of the RS~1A District Section 25.) (d) Boarding (i) shall be limited to a maximum of (4) four sleeping units. (ii) shall be completely enclosed within a building used only for residential use. (e) Family day care, Out of School Day Care and Child minding. (i) shall be permitted in apartment facilities designed or adapted for such uses and intended to serve residents of the subject building in:a suite or part of the building onza ground floor location. LOT AREA Each lot shall have an area of not less than 930m- (10,010.43sq.ft FLOOR AREA RATIO ¢ (a) Lots of an area less then 1, 700m" (18,298.65sq.ft.) shall have a maximum floor area ratio of 1.0. (b) Lots of an area less than 4000m” (43,055.66sq.ft.) and greater than 1,700m” (18,298.65sq.ft.) shall have a maximum floor area ratio of 1.4. (c) Lots of an area greater than 4000m- (43,055.66sq.ft.) shall have a maximum floor area of 1.9. USABLE OPEN SPACE ‘A minimum of 40 percent of the lot shall be provided as usable open space, excluding parking and vehicular circulation. LOT COVERAGE The maximum lot coverage shall be as fellows: (a) Lots of an area less than 1,700m* (18,298.65sq.ft.) shall be ‘governed by the Apartment Residential RM-4 Section 31 of this bylaw. Lots having an area greater than 1, 700m? (18,298.65sq.ft.) shall have a maximum lot coverage of 30 percent.
