SUBJECT: Application to rezone Property at 1992 Suffolk St.,
from RS-l to RT-~l,

DESCRIPTION: Lot H, Bk.33, D.L.464, Plan 12912

BACKGROUND: The subject Property is in excess of 8000 sq.ft.
in size. It also ccnforms to all zoning requirements
as a RT-1 lot. There is an existing dwelling on the
Property, however, this dwelling is to be removed
upon approval of the zoning change. The new duplex
is intended to be subdivided by strata plan.

RECOMMENDATION: The committee recommends that this rezoning
application proceed to Public Hearing.
