Adjournment, November 3rd, NEW BUSINESS: Alderman Traboulay expressed concern regarding the wording of the advertising released by the City regarding the Holiday Shopping Regulation By-law. Alderman Traboulay expressed concern regarding a report Council received from the City Planner referring to various items. ‘The Public Works Committee advised they will prepare a report regarding access from the proposed apartment development on Shaughnessy Street for the Council meeting to be held on November 10th, 1980. Alderman Mabbett referred to the present problem with traffic in the downtown area due to the closure of the Kingsway underpass and suggested pictures be taken to be used Later for support on the need for the Mary Hill By-pass. Alderman Wright advised there has been an inerease in the last week or so in the problem of dogs running at large. Alderman Ranger referred to the policing of the Lougheed Highway and Mayor Laking advised Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam and Port Moody are doing a study of the costs involved to submit to the Provincial Government. Alderman Keryluk referred to the outdoor sanitary facilities situated at a site where a trailer ts being used for a commercial use and the City Administrator advised he will look into this.
