NOTICE OF PUBLIC IFEARING MAR { 9 1979

ZONING — BY-LAW

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam will held a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Mall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, March 19th,
1979 at 7:30 p.m. co consider the following proposed By-law to amend the “City
ef Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651":

By-law No. 1656: to rezone Lot 41 and Lot 42, Block "Q", District
Yot 466, Group One, Plan 19410, New Westminster District
from RS-7 (One-Family Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment

Residential).

The property is located at 2860 and 2880 Oxford Street and
was the subject of a previcus Public Nearing on May 29th,
1978 with a view to approval of a Land Use Contract, these
Procedures were never completed. It is expected that a
12-unit townhouse strata-title subdivision will be created

following completion of the rezoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the office
of the City Clerk, Port Coquitiam City Hall, at the address given above, between
the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 P.m. — on working days - from March 8th, 1979
to March 19th, 1979.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed By~law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing

on matters contained in the By-law.
