A regular meeting of the Municipal Counciliof The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. on March 20th,
1978,

His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell, Aldermen J.J. Keryluk, G.R.

Laking, E.W. Mabbett, P.F. Ranger, L.M. Traboulay and M.A. Thompson in
attendance.

Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock,
City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Fngineer V.G. Borch, P. Eng., Assistant
City Engineer L. Melnechenko, Fire Chief W.S. Wingrove, Planning Officer

L. Lee, City Treasurer J.G.S. Maitland, Recreation Director Janna Taylor,
Works & Utilities Superintendent G.W. Ulmer, and Mrs. D.L. Vyse.
