Centre Extension Senior Citizen's Activity Centre Extension and recommending: That a building committee be struck to include the present Leisure ‘Activities Committee with the addition of the City Engineer. That the firm of Carlberg Jackson & Partners, Architects be engaged to prepare working drawings for the extension and that a Client—Architect Agreement be drawn up. This Agreement to be presented to Council at a later date. That the Administration prepare a By-law for Five-year Capital “Borrowing for submission to Council. And that the City of Port Coquitlam make application for Provincial funding from the Recreation Facilities Fund.
