Application to subdivide, by strata plan, an existing
duplex. ; ; ; . ;

The duplex in question is one year old and is located
at 3326/3330 Finley Street. Both sides of the duplex
are rented. It was advised by the owner, and confirmed
by the Planning Department, that the tenants are in-.
terested in purchasing if strata subdivision is granted.

RECOMMENDATION:

This application was dealt with by the Planning and
Zoning Committee on October llth, 1977 and the Committee
recommends approval of the strata subdivision subject

to payment of $800. and $300. per dwelling unit for

Park Davelopment and Future Water Improvements re-—
spectively, or the balance if a portion of the above
charges have been paid.
