November 4th, 1974 Unit to issue a sewage disposal permit for their proposed maintenance facility on Kingsway, and commenting that neither the Senior Health Inspector, the Simon Fraser Health Unit, or he can foresee any difficulties in the issuance of a sewage disposal permit for Dawson Construction's proposed project. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Mabbett: That the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, sitting as the Local Board of Heaith, hereby directs the Senior Public Health Inspector of the Simon Fraser Health Unit to issue a sewage disposal permit for Dawson Construction Ltd.'s proposed maintenance facility to be located on Lot 3 of Parcels A & B, Sections 17, 18, & 19, Block 6, N.R. 1 E., Plan 8850, New Westminster District, which is located on Kingsway Avenue, in the City of Port Coquitlam. Carried. NEW BUSINESS: Alderman Alderman Traboulay advised that approximately 25 members of the Traboulay- tour of Nat- Recreation Council had taken a bus tour of the Nature Park in Richmond, ure Park in Richmond and that a report thereon would be forthcoming to Council. Alderman Mabbett referred to a report received at a previous Council Ald.Mabbett- meeting re meeting from Alderman Keryliuk with respect to the Bonham Dyking Report, Bonham Repor mentioning that as a result thereof His Worship the Mayor had stated that the Council as a Committee of the Whole should discuss the points contained in the Bonham report, and suggesting that a date be set for such a Committee meeting within the next week to ten days. The City Clerk pointed out that His Worship the Mayor, who was absent from the City at the present time, may not be back until at least Friday of this week, and the Council generally agreed that the Committee meeting be held at 4:15 p.m., on Wednesday, November 13th, 1974. Alderman Mabbett then referred to the City's Sign By-law and the Ald.Mabbett- review of request of the Commercial Hotel to retain two non-conforming signs, and Sign B/law he suggested that the Council take time to review the Sign By-law as a Committee of the Whole. Alderman Traboulay inquired concerning the status of the Commercial Hotel's signs, and Alderman Mabbett advised that as the By-law now stands they will have to be removed. The Act- ing Mayor then requested all members of Council to review the Sign By- law prior to further consideration at a Committee of the Whole meeting. Alderman Keryluk then read a report he had received concerning the Ald.Keryluk- | re-painting- Kingsway Bridge re-painting, advising that only one bid in the amount of Kingsway Bridge
