Adequate water supply will be avatlable more quickly to the South side low zone in gehersl and to the dowatown area in Particular, It W311 also cost considerably less than tha Essondale connection achema and this lesser cost ehould be within Projected revenues, 2, The Dayton & Kaight recommended scheme places considerable reliance on the existing Shaughnessy connection to the South side.
