PUBLIC NOTICE

THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to By-law No. 1190, cited aa the | : | ey .
"City of Port Coquitlam Sewer Treatment Plant Site Reservation By~lay, - ; Sh
1962, Removal and Repeal By~law, 1972, No. 1190” the Municipal Council
of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam intends to remove the
reservation for sewer treatment plant purposes of municipally-owned
Jand more particularly known and described aa Lots 11 and 12, of Lots
232 and 232, Group One, Plan 11613, New Westminster District, consisting
of 9.56 acres more or less;

AND FURTHER THAT pursuant to the provisions of the said By-law No.
1290 the Council proposes to repeal the "City of Port Coquitlam Sewer
‘Treatwent Plant Site Reservation By-law, 1962";

AND THAT en che Seventeenth day of July, 1972 the egaid By-law No.
1190 will be placed before the Council for third reading accompanied by
ali communications in this regard that have been received by the City
Clerk at the address noted below.
