PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This proposal is for a four-storey, 28 unit apartment building that has a floor area ratio of 1.31 and lot coverage of approximately 44%. The setbacks provided on all four sides of the building are 7.5 meters. There is a slight encroachment into the front and exterior side yards at the south east corner of the gite in order to accommodate an angled design feature of the building. A total of 48 required parking spaces is provided within an underground parking garage. Access to this garage is obtained from a rear lane. COMMENTS FROM OTHER DEPARIMENIS: Engi ing D . 1.
