NEW BUSINESS:

Councillor Wright requested Council to address concems expressed at the GVRD
"Creating our Future” which encourages municipal support for secondary suites.

Mayor Traboulay accepted a Notice of Motion regarding secondary suites in single family
dwellings.

Councillor Gates requested that Council seek information from the GVRD regarding
taxation of Environmental Companies.

That a meeting be arranged with the Honourable John Cashore, Minister of Environment,
Lands and Parks to discuss Property Taxation of Pollution Abatement Facilities.
