The certified cheques of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned no later than 30 days after the closing time specified above. Unless a tender specifies that in the event the tender is unsuccessful the cheque is to be held for personal pickup from the City Hall ordinary mail will be used for return. Any Goode and Services Tax payable and all Property Purchase Taxes, Land Title Office and conveyancing costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will be additional to any amount tendered.
