Conclusien:

Denial of this request would not be well received by the PoCo Saints
Intermediate/dJuntor/Senior Lacrosse teams. In addition, denial of
this request would be inconsistent with our goal of encouraging the
development of sport 1 Port Coquitlam and would not be consistent
with the intent of the City Sign Bylaw.
