RE: PROPOSED TEMPORARY. BUS LOOP = CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

‘The City of Port Coquitlam -has been requested by BC Transit to
provide a temporary bus loop in the Citadel Heights area in order to extend a
bus service into this. area,

At. the regular Council meeting of ‘March 25, 1991, the Council for |
the City of Port Coquitlam considered the attached memorandum to the City
Administrator, dated March 21; 1991 regarding a temporary bis loop and ‘adopted
the following resolution: . _ _

“That the City of Port Coquitlam request the School .

District No. 43 to approve the use of Lot 1, Plan.

72031, located in the northeast corner of Citadel

Drive and Confederation Drive for a temporary bus

| Ihe City would construct and maintain the temporary bus loop. When:
Citadel Drive. is extended to ‘Mary Hill Road by Genstar (the. Developer of
Citadel Heights) then BC Transit -will. extend the bus service along Citadel |
Drive between Pitt River Road and Mary Hill Road and the City will remove the
temporary bus loop and restore the future school site to original or better ~
condition, ; OB
