1990, BE IT RESOLVED that the works and services
described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be installed by the
Said 375471 B.C. LTD. in connection with the development of the lands
described as:

Lot 1, Section 7, Township 40, NWD, Plan 74406

City and to affix the Corporate seal thereto. | .
