THAT City Council direct the Clerk's office to inform surrounding

Bylaw be placed on a subsequent Council agenda.
COMMENTS :
This application is to construct a deck that encroaches into the required rear
yard. The home owners have requested approval to construct a sun deck 2.4
metres by 3.6 metres is size on the back of their house. Approval of the sun

deck will reduce the rear yard setback from 7.5 metres to 6.1 metres

The deck faces the side of a neighbouring house that has no windows.
