In the past month this subject has again surfaced with a complaint io Mayor lL. Traboulay, complaining about the snakes etc., in a residential zone. ft was then that we contacted our City Solicitor, Mr. Grant Anderson for his legal advise and recommendation of an amendment to our Bylaw #1020. circumstances of this casé are that in my opinion Mr. Moore is itt River Road and not a hobby which he States By the amendment as Stated by our City Solicitor in his letter or recommendation we will then be able to control in future, the keeping of snakes, mice, rats etc., in a residential zone.
