RECOMMENDATION :

"WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not reguired for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1.(a) Lots 89 & 90, District Lot 289, Plan 16702;
(b) Lots 91 & 92, District Lot 289, Plan 19019;
(c) Lot 1, District Lot 289, Plan 71092;
(d) Portion of lane allowance intended to be cancelled.

all in the New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, B.C.

by tender if a bid acceptable to Council is received;

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post
the "Real Property for Sale by Tender" Notice appearing in the Agenda
documents of this Council meeting; |

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;

The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein.

Council reserves the right to accept any pid or to reject all of the

bids if Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection
is appropriate.”
