That the C-1 loca! commercial zone be amended to include the
following uses and regulation changes.

1. Add the following uses to subsection (1)
Cc. beauty pariour
d. child care up to 25 children

2. Add the following regulations
-~delete the maximum floor area contained in subsection (1) (a)
-add a new subsection (10) that reads
"The maximum floor area of commercial use permitted on
a lot is 100m2
