Having the civic address of 2641/2643 Shaughnessy Street. (the "Lands''). The City. grants to the Owner permission to use that portion of a highway in the City which is shown outlined In red on that certain sketch attached as Schedule "A" hereto, and which is further described as: Renovations to Coquitlam Florists Drawing prepared by M.R. Dasigns & Drafting (the "tEncroachment"). and all excavation and other work or construction now or hereinafter performed in connection therewith (all of which are the "Works") shall be confined to the areas in red on Schedule "A".
