March 31st, 1980

Prior to passage of the resolution quoted above it was agreed
that the names of Mayor Laking and Alderman Mabbett would be inserted
as having voted against the resolution quoted on page 3 of the minutes
of March 24th, 1980 respecting the Community Care Facilities Licence
at 1948 Grant Avenue.
