THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BY-LAW NO. 1746

A By*law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law,
1979, No. 1651",

The Municipal Counedl of The Corporation of the Clty of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts ag. follows:
1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Pore Coquitlam
being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979,
No. 1651" is amended by removing the Zone Designation of RS-2 assigned to:

Block "A" of Black 26, District Lot 255, Group One, Plan 17988,

New Westminster District;
and assigning the Zone Designations specified in Section 3 of this By-law te the
said property,
2. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam being
Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651" is
further amended by removing the Zona Designation of A-1 assigned to:

Lot 1, District Lots 255 and 288, Group One, Plan 11613, New

Westminster District;
and assigning che Zone Designations specified in Section 3 of this By-
law to the said property,
3. The property deseribed in Section 1 and Section 2 of this By~
law is :.ow included as Lots 277 to 292, inclusive, ina plan of Subdivision in
process prepared by Y.C. Goudal and Associates, British Columbia Land
Surveyors, under Job No. C-2859-79A and the following Zone Designations
are hereby assigned to che said Lots 277 to 292 inclusive:

(a) M-l - to Lots 288 to 292, inclusive; and,
(b) M-3: to Lots 277 to 287, inclusive.

4. A copy of the Plan of subdiviston in Process referred to in Section 3

is attached to this By-law and made a part thereof.

5. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the “City of Port Coquitlam

Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1980, No. 1746",

Read a first time by the Nunleipal Council this Seventeenth day of

March, 1980.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council thita Seventeenth day of

March, 1980.
