. We have always had in mind that efter the park is turned over
to the city, we would make a cash contribution to the city to be used
for further improvements or facilities in the park. In the event that
the city is able to accept the park and release our bond before the end
of November, we would be willing to commit ourselves to this contribu-
tion and also to increase the amount to $5,000.00. This amount is
sufficient for significant addition to the park or to cover the cost of
the drainage system, if that is desired by the city.
