assurances whatsoever, for the better or more perfect and absolute

performance of the terms and conditions of this agreement;

2. “This agreement shall enure to the benefit of and be binding upen
the respective Successors and assigns of the parties hereto.
16. | This agreement supersedes and replaces an agreement entered into

between the said parties dated the 6th day of November, 1973 pertaining to

the said lands and Justice Building.
