E.W. Mabbett, P.F. Ranger, M.A. Thompson, and L.M. Traboulay in attendance.

Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock, City
Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer V.G. Borch, P. Eng., City Planning Officer

Lanson Lee, Fire Chief W.S. Wingrove, and Mrs. B.M. Aalten.

December 30th, 1975 that had been posted setting forth the date, time, and
