THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BY-LAW NO. 1230

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969,
Ne. 918".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlan,
in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Pore Coquitlam, being
Schedule "A" of the “City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, Ne, 918" is
amended by removing the Zone Designation of RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential)
assigned to Lots 1 & 2, Block J, District Lot 255, Group One, Plan 2106, New
Westminster District and assigning the Zone Designation of RS-) (One-Fanily
Residential) to the said property,
2, This By-law may be eited for all Purposes as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1973, No. 1230".

BY-LAW NO. 1232

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969,
No. 918",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Section 501 of the "City of Pore Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918"
is amended by striking out the letters and figures "R{-2" and "R4-2" where the
same appear in the table shown in the said Section 501 under the heading “Zone
In Which Use Is Permitted" opposite the "Permitted Use" of One-Family Residential
and the "Permitted Use" of Two-Family Residential thereby restricting the "Per-
mitted Use” of One-Family Residential authorized by the said Section 501 to the
BS-1 and RS-2 Zones and the "Permitted Use" of ‘Two-Family Residential authorized
by the said Section 501 to the RS-l Zone.
2, Clause (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 502 of the By-law is amended by
striking out the words, letters, and figures "In the RS-1, RM-1, and RM-2 ZONE"
and substituting therefor the words, letters, and figures "In the RS~l ZONE",
3. Clause (b) of Subsection (3) of Section 502 of the By-law is amended by

striking out the words, letters, and figures “In the RS-2 20NE".

4. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlan

Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1973, No. 1231",
