At the regular Council Committee meeting held on February 7th, 1972 Alderman E.W.

Mabbett presented a report with respect to the above-noted item. <A photostat of this

report together with a photostat of Mrs. Whiting's letter is attached for the Council's

information.

At the Council Committee meeting it was agreed that a reply would be made to

Mrs. Whiting along the lines suggested in Alderman Mabbett's report and we would request
