A dozen teams entered the contest, including two from Stewart, three from Prince Rupert, two Terrace and two hometown squads and teams from Telkwa and New Hazelton. Division One saw the tightest race in the round robin. Three teams finished touchables, Whisky Women from Terrace and Flash Point out of Prince Rupert, The ‘best runs-record de- cided the contest and Flash Point and Whisky Women advanced to the semis, In Division Two, Ter- race’s Bomb Squad went undefeated to win the divi- sion and Prince Rupert's M.A.C. Ducks placed sec- ond with a 4-1 record, In the cross-over, M.A.C. Ducks met and defeated Flash Point 10-6 and the Whisky Women 10-0 to set up a Termace vs Prince Rupert final, . The Bomb Squad won the final 11-7 leaving M.A.C ball hitting contest, F Ducks second.
