Day care rezoning: denied

way to establishing The King’s
Castle Play and Learn Day Care
centre in town... but they were
wrong.

After Neil Courtney explained to
Terrace city council that a lease
arrangement fell through and they
wanted to operate from their home
for a period of one year while they
established a permanent centre,
counci] came up with a plan to
accommodate him. They decided
