She also offers specific solutions of posting restricted parking signs and playground waming signs. Existing on Humber Crescent, Aire Crescent, Larnprey, Eastern and Western are posted warming and information signs. These signs provide information regarding the school and playground, speed limits and restrictions on parking, There is a sidewalk on the west side of Hurnber for pedestrians and a gravel shoulder suitable for parking on both the east and west side of Humber. Parking is also available along Aire Crescent and at Robert Hope Pool/Park to the north of the school. (See Fig. 1 for signs, locations, parking, etc.) Fintes All the concems stated by Susan Breau could be solved through parent education of the traffic Situation. Monitoring of speeding is done by the RCMP. SOLUTIONS: Option | Post "No Parking" signs on the west side of Humber Cres along the perimeter of the school. The signs placed here would be warranted because: 1) it provides a clear view from the school property to the centreline of the road, and 2) it prevents children leaving the school property frorn dashing out from behind parked cars.
