Moved by Alderman Thompson: Seconded by Alderman Gordon: WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated; — NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that: 1. Lot 12, District Lot 384, Group 1, Plan 74266, New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, B.C. be subdivided into three lots as shown on the plan following, at an estimated cost for legal survey, and servicing of $17,000.00 and the lots then be sold individually by tender if bids acceptable to Council are received. The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post the "Real Property for Sale By Tender” notice appearing in the Ageuda documents of this Council Meeting; The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved; The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein and he is authorized to: ae specify the dates upon which this proposed sale shall be advertised and to specify a closing date and time for the receipt of tenders which shall not be less than four weeks from the date of the rirst advertisement; . alter the legal descriptions of the property hereinafter set out to provide an up~to-date description based on the subdivision plan filed. pursuant to Section 1 of this resolution; . 7 Council reserves the right to accept any bid or bids or to reject any or all of the bids if Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection is appropriate. .
