GENERAL REGULATIONS Fire Code Pursuant to Section 739 of the Munizipal Act and subject to the Fire Services Act, the National Fire Code of Canada - 1985 as amended or replaced from time to time is adopted as the fire regulation for the City, supplementary to regulations made pursuant to this Bylaw. In the event of a conflict between this Bylaw and the Fire Code, the provisions of this Bylaw shail prevail over the provisions of the Fire Code. Fire Services Act In the event of a conflict between this Bylaw and the Fire Services Act or any regulations thereunder, the provisions of that Act and its regulations shall prevail. Inspections Every Officer may enter, at all reasonable times, on every property which is subject to this bylaw, to: ascertain whether this Bylaw is being observed; and inspect premises for conditions which may cause a fire or increase the danger of a fire or increase the danger to persons. No person shall interfere with or unreasonably refuse to admit any Officer to any building or ilies premises for the purpose of an inspection. Pants an Emergency Entry Any Officer or Fire Fighter may enter upon any lands, structure, and buildings, for the purpose of attending to any fire, medical or other emergency and no person shall impede in any way any Officer, Fire Fighter or other person under the direction of an Officer in command at any fire, medical, or other emergency.
