THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM TO BR. Kirk February 27, 1991 City Administrator FROM: I.R. Zahynacz, P. Eng. City Engineer SUBJECT: CPR RESTRICTIVE COVENANT -- SUBDIVISION AT TRENTON & MARY HILL BYPASS (Public Works Committee Meeting of February 26, 1991) Recommendation: That his Worship the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to execute the attached Restrictive Covenant over the part of Lots 3 & 4, Block 12, Plan 2416, and Parcel 24, Reference Plan 65282, Section 17, Block 610, RIE, NWD, which prohibits the construction of any buildings or structures until a sanitary sewer is extended to the property line. Background & Comments: The Public Works Committee considered the attached memorandum from the City Engineer regarding a Restrictive Covenant to be registered by the CPR as part of the subdivision requirements for land located at Trenton and the Mary Hill Bypass e A preliminary subdivision appproval was issued for this subdivision on June 6, 1990. As there is no sanitary sewer available to the lot being created, the City is requiring that a Restrictive Covenant be registered by the property owner prohibiting the construction of any buildings or structures. All the other requirements of subdivision have been met. IRZ:ge Attachments
