Latecomer Charge Waiver Agreement
Meridian Industrial Park ~ Phase IIIB

RECOMMENDATION:

At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with Meridian Industrial
Park Ltd. datec the 3rd day of Januairy, 1990, BE IT RESOLVED that the works
and setvices described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be
installed by the said Meridian Industiral Park Ltd. in connection with the
development of the Lands described as:

Rem. 1, D.L. 231, Gep. 1, NWD, Plan 74069

are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the scle benefit of those lands and
that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall
constitute “excess or extended services” as defined by Section 990 of the

Municipal Act.

AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and
that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the
City and ts affix the Corporate seal thereto.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

The Agreement that would be approved by passage of the above noted
resolution follows the City's standard form for such Agreements and is
available for perusal in the Clerk's office.
