BYLAW NO. 2319

A Bylaw to amend the "Sort Coquittam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, Noe. 2240",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which
more particularly described as:

Lor 4

District Lot 380

Group One

lan 69755

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential} and CS-! (Highway Commercial)

is
to C-2 (Neighbourhood Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the "ort Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect This rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for al! purposes as the "ort Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240 Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2319",

Pead a first time by the Municipal Council this 9th day of November, 1987.
Read a second time by the Municioal Council this 9th day of November, 1987.

Public Hearing held this 30th day of November, 1987.
