WHEREAS the Permittee wishes TO commence a
development on the Lands herein defined;

AND WHEREAS the Permittee has made
application for a Development Permit tn
regard to the Lands’;

NOW THEREFORE The Counell of the Clty hereby
lssues a Development Pormit In respect of ALL
AND SINGULAR that certaln parcel of land
sltuate In Port Coquiltiam, British Columbla,:

CUMMENTS +

1. This application ts to renovate the facade of a store
the downtown area, partlelpating In the Downtown
Revitalisation Programme of the provincla!l government,

What Is belng requested 1s to encroach over the City's
streets, Shaughnessy Street and Elgin Avenue by
approximately four feet with a canopy and to ancroach onto

the sidewalk by approximately four Inches with a new brick

veneer facade of the bullding at one corner,

Other changes belng requested by the apptication for which
a development permit !s required are to carry the canopy
around to the back of the bullding, so that It has two
fronts and to permit reconstruction of the back of the
