meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The Munictpal Counc! | of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam hereby
leases unto Gali P, Finnegan the lands deseribed In The Schedule "A" attached
hereto for the perfod of time and on the terms and subject to the conditions set
out [n the Lease attached hereto and marked Schedule "AN,

The Mayor and City Cterk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam are
hereby authorized. to Sign the safd Lease on behalf of the City and to affix the
City's Corporate Seal thereto,

"Rental Agreement (2420 Mary Hill Road) Authorization Byiaw, 1984, No, 2056" js
repealed, .
