The Petition. of the City of Port Coquitlam HUMBLY_ SHOWETH: That the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquittam has by. Bylaw No. 2030 cited as the "Toronto Street (Plan 2797) Road Closure Bylaw, 1984, No. 2030" stopped up and closed to traffic a certain portion of Road therein described; That the said Bylaw No. 2030 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam on the 16th day of April, 1984 and a duly certified copy is attached hereto; MARAE ne nin at ets That the registered owners of all the adjoining and contiguous !ands have consented to the closure of the said portion of Road described in the said Bylaw No. 2030 and The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam has agreed to accept title to the land comprising the same; IRR wane That the portion of road described in the said Bylaw No. 2030 has never been opened to traffic and it‘is no longer necessary to retain the said portion as part of the road system of the City and it is the desire of the Council of the said City to offer the land comprising the same for sale at fair market value in accord with the provisions of the Municipal Act and the lowest price that will be accepted for the property is $3,211.00; calculated at the price of $33.90 per Square metre. a Spe YW PR ak pie PRETEEN TS That by resolution dated the 16th day of April, 1984 the Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam authorized the presentation of a Petition to the Minister of Municipal Affairs praying for the abandonment of the portion of Lane described in the said Bylaw No. 2030 so stopped up and closed to traffic; .
