THAT the City Treasurer be instructed to make the necessary
arrangements in order that the purchase price may be paid from the
City's Parkland Acquisition Fund;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor together with the City Clerk
and/or. the City Treasurer be authorized to execute such Deeds,
Documents, Pians, Cheques, or other instruments as. are necessary
for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Sea! of this
