Zoning Amendment By-law No. 1561

above noted By-law was considered at a Zoning Public Hearing held
earlier this evening and concerns the 42unit housing project at 2986
Coast Meridian Road and we would advise that the Developer has asked us
to suggest that third reading be given to this By-law at: this time.

As Council is aware, the giving of a third reading to a Zoning By-law on
the same day on which the Zoning Public Hearing was held is an unusual
but not unprecedented procedure.
