" AUG 30 1976 Re: Zoning Amendment By-laws Nos. 1451 and 1453 The above-noted Zoning Amendment By-laws have now received the necessary Provincial Government approvals and are available for final reading. By-Law No. 1451 would rezone from RS~2 (On2~Family Suburban Residen~ tial) to RS-1 (One-Family Residential) property approximately 2.3 acres in area located at the South end of Fir Street North of the 700 Block Prairie Avenue so that 9 residential lots could be created. By-law No. 1453 would rezone the property occupied by Our Lady of ‘Assumption Catholic Church from RS~1 (One-Family Residential) to P-2 (Special Institutional).
