The Transfer Fee Cost section has been changed from 5% to 10% of the business licence fee.

The general liability for pesticide and herbicide application businesses has been increased from
$100,000.00 to $200,000.00.

Additionally, a clause has been incorporated which outlines our current practice of prohibiting
unsolicited door-to-door sales to any residential premises.

in Schedule "A" amendments have been made by removing a classification of Billiard Rooms as
they are not allowed under the current Zoning Bylaw.

The Campground classification has been removed.
The Catering definition has been reworded to reflect the true meaning.

Finally, Real Estate Licence has been included for on-site services offered.

This Bylaw does not include a fee increase for 1995 as we are still competitive with surrounding
municipalities. We do however, anticipate a 1.5 to 2% increase in 1996. We will be
incorporating a standard review in July of each year so that increases can be compared with
neighbouring municipalities and instituted prior to November 30 billings. .
