RECOMMERTATION :

1.

That this application be approved for rezoning from RS-1 (Large Lot
Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act
subject to:

Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of
Planning};

Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements;

Submission of Landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and
Recreation Department;

Satisfaction of Building Department concerns;
The project being subject to 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges;
Consolidation of the properties into one Lov; and

Issuance of a Development Permit;

That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No.
70/93; and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when
completed subject to the conditions noted above.
