That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No. 10/93; and That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to: a. Completion of Rezoning Application 74/92; Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements; Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department: Satisfaction of Building Department concerns; Satisfaction of Fire Department concerns; and gz. The project being subject to 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges. BACKGROUND: This Development Permit is for the construction of a5 unit apartment building at 1884 Argue Street. This site is also the subject of two other applications; Rezoning Application 74/92 to rezone the site from C-1 (Corner Store) to RM-3 (Townhouse), and Official Community Plan Amendment 75/92, to re~designate the property from "Highway Commercial" to "Apartment". con't page 2
