A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Couacil of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlan, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: |

1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which are more particularly described aa:

Lots 98, 99, 100 and 101
District Lot 342

Group One

Plan 2894

all in New Weatminster District

are hereby rezoned from Awl (Agricultural) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential)
and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is
‘hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for ail purposes aa “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. .2240, Amendment Bylaw, 199], No. 2601".

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 27th day of May, 1991..

Public Hearing held this 17th day of June, 1991.
